Good Behavior: W2 D2

Vertical Pulls
1x50 - Oops.  Progression standard calls for 3x40, not 3x50!
2x40
PROGRESSSION STANDARD.

This is indeed a very light exercise.  I think the huge jump in reps from last week to this week was due to the unfamiliarity of the program.  I haven't done high rep work in forever, so I think I cut myself off way early last week because of the unfamiliar burn.  I feel solid enough on this one to move on though.  Even through reps 30-40(50) it is easy to keep the movement slow and steady; indeed, I slowed it down even more on a few late reps just to see how it felt, and it was still easy.  Bring on the horizontal pulls!

Shoulderstand Squats
1x20 - These were way too sloppy
1x7-10 (lost count
1x10 - Better, but not perfect

This is a deceptively hard exercise.  I find it very difficult to keep myself straight at the start position, and extremely difficult to get back to that straight body position from the bottom of the rep.  I think this might be both an issue of balance (still having a hard time staying off my neck) and of core strength (particularly the lower back and butt).  I might start doing little sets of these throughout the week, GtG style, in order to get my form up to speed.

Between the pulls and trying to hold my ass up in the air, my biceps are torched :)
