New Schedule, New Strategy

I'm a weekend warrior again, working Fri-Sun, 05:50-17:50.  New workout schedule:

Monday - Run, Pushups, Leg Raises, Squats, Stretch
Tuesday - Run, Handstand Pushups, Pullups, Bridges, Stretch
Wednesday - Repeat Monday
Thursday - Repeat Tuesday
Fri-Sun - Off

Also, I'll be shifting focus from pure strength to muscular endurance.  I took over a month off from calisthenics to try to heal my elbow tendinitis.  The elbows are better, but not 100% - especially the left elbow.  So, I'm gonna try an experiment and dial back the intensity of the exercise, but up my reps.  That means regular pushups, regular pullups, half handstand pushups, and dialing my leg raises back to the floor.  My elbows really started giving me trouble when I advanced to uneven pullups and half one-arm pushups, so I'm hoping that less intense movements will be gentle enough to allow healing.  That probably doesn't make sense, medically.  I'll do three sets of each exercise, as many reps as I can.  I may very well just flare the tendinitis right back up, but after so much time off I gotta do something.

I'll continue to call my workout 4D, which now has the extra meaning of four days :)
