After 2 fucking weeks of being sick, back to work.
Monday
Run with the family - 20 minutes
Pushups - 25, 15, 10
Lying Leg Raises - 12, 10, 8
Pistols - 3x2
Decided to go back to pistols because I can actually do them; why not keep the strength and work up the endurance? I'll do as many pistols as I can, then finish each set with an easier squat variation to get that endurance up.
Tuesday
Half Handstand Pushups - 8, 2x4
Close Pullups - 5, 4, 3
Bridges - 3x8
Tendinitis came creeping back while I was sick and not working out at all. Tried close pullups today because I can't remember if they were better or worse for that. Also, finished handstand pushup sets with static handstancds and pullup sets with regular pullups.
Wednesday
Pushups - 20, 15, 12
Lying Leg Raises - 3x10
Pistols - 3x2
Thursday
Half Handstand Pushups - 6, 5, 3
Close Pullups - 4, 2x3
Bridges - 3x8

New Schedule, New Strategy
I'm a weekend warrior again, working Fri-Sun, 05:50-17:50. New workout schedule:
Monday - Run, Pushups, Leg Raises, Squats, Stretch
Tuesday - Run, Handstand Pushups, Pullups, Bridges, Stretch
Wednesday - Repeat Monday
Thursday - Repeat Tuesday
Fri-Sun - Off
Also, I'll be shifting focus from pure strength to muscular endurance. I took over a month off from calisthenics to try to heal my elbow tendinitis. The elbows are better, but not 100% - especially the left elbow. So, I'm gonna try an experiment and dial back the intensity of the exercise, but up my reps. That means regular pushups, regular pullups, half handstand pushups, and dialing my leg raises back to the floor. My elbows really started giving me trouble when I advanced to uneven pullups and half one-arm pushups, so I'm hoping that less intense movements will be gentle enough to allow healing. That probably doesn't make sense, medically. I'll do three sets of each exercise, as many reps as I can. I may very well just flare the tendinitis right back up, but after so much time off I gotta do something.
I'll continue to call my workout 4D, which now has the extra meaning of four days :)

I seem to be losing reps. I suppose that's bound to happen when you don't sleep enough, eat well enough, or have a well-rounded workout schedule.
